SMITHCO BRAND ONE PIECE INJECTION MOLDED:

These covers are molded from black polyethylene plastic.  They cover the full face of the flange and have 4 each integrated plugs to hold them on to the flange.  These covers are stock and come in sizes 1/2"-12" and in 150, 300, and 600 pressures.  Most sizes for ring joint flanges are also available in this style.
 

DIE CUT:

Larger sizes of flange covers are also available in our Die cut style flange protectors.  These covers are cut to cover the full face of the flange, from black polyethylene sheet plastic with 4 each, separate plugs to hold them on to the flange.  They are available in all sizes and pressures from 1/2"-72" in 150-20000.

PRESSBOARD:

These flange protectors are made of compressed particle board.  These covers are cut to cover the full face of the flange with 4 each 9/16" holes.  They are available in the same range of sizes and pressures as our Die cut protectors.  Pins and washers are supplied with these covers at your request.
