NPT push-in plugs:

These plugs come in blue.  They come in sizes 1/8"-6" and are a stock item.  Sizes 1/8"-2" feature pull rings for ease of removal.  These tapered style polyethylene plugs have built-in lift rings for easy installation and removal, resulting in reduced product damage and increased cost savings. New patented design lays flat, resulting in more efficient packaging.

NPT thread-in plugs:

These plugs come in black and are high density plastic.  They feature a square head top for ease of installation and removal.  Ideal for low-pressure testing and in-house handling. Square-head design makes for easy application. Protects threaded ports against contaminants and moisture. Resists oil and heat up to 250°F. Not for permanent applications.

Plug sizes range from 1/4"-2" and are a stock item.

Flared fitting plugs:

These plugs come in red.  They are threaded and screw into the fitting.  Plug sizes go up to 2" and are designed for use in flared fittings. Parts are knurled around the flange to aid in insertion and removal.

Available in thread sizes from 5/16" through 1-5/16" and are a stock item.

JIC push-in / press-on caps and plugs:

These plugs come in red.  Excellent for protecting threads and to keep unwanted dirt and moisture out.

JIC threaded caps:

These caps come in red.  Knurled for ease of application, Series CD Caps seal flared JIC fittings exceptionally well against dirt and moisture, and are also used for masking during painting and plating.
